Dashboards and portals — delivered. Role-based dashboards and reports so each person sees exactly what their job needs — nothing more. Scheduled reports to the right heads, plus staff, vendor and customer portals wired into the same clean data.
AI assistants and knowledge systems — prototype to production, scoped per project. Assistants that answer from your own documents and procedures, and internal co-pilots that draft the repetitive knowledge work your team does by hand. These are human-in-the-loop by design — a person reviews before anything leaves the building. Some of this is delivered; some we build with you as a working prototype first. We’ll always tell you which is which.
How we handle your data
Automation should never mean handing your business to a black box. A person stays in the loop on anything AI touches. You keep control of your own material. And where your data genuinely can’t leave the building, we scope a private or on-premise deployment for that project — a considered choice, scoped per project, not a blanket promise. Whatever we build, the code, data and logins are yours.
Proof: a platform that’s live, not a slide
A Satna-based cable manufacturer was running its monthly incentive payout on a manual, Excel-based process. We replaced it with a six-section production-incentive platform — separate entry, calculation and approval flows for each production line. It runs a five-level approval hierarchy, from shift in-charge to HR, with role-based dashboards for functional heads and scheduled reports.
The client confirmed in writing that it was successfully implemented and is now live and active across its plants, computing incentives for real shop-floor workers.
We estimate that platform releases roughly 876 person-days of repetitive effort a year — based on six roles, 365 days and a 40% direct-time saving.
