Straight Answers Before the First Call

The things smart buyers check before they book — scope, ownership, pricing, timelines, reporting and privacy. Read the answers below. Not here? Ask us directly.

20–30 minutes with a co-founder. No pressure, just clarity. We usually respond within one hour.

Working with Digiator

What exactly does Digiator do? We find where your growth or operations are blocked, then bring whatever mix of marketing, technology and automation it takes to clear it — the skills follow the problem, not a fixed package you have to fit into. You bring the problem; we build the answer; you own the outcome.

Is Digiator a good fit for my business? We work best with businesses ready to invest in assets they own and keep — a proper website, clean tracking, a working system — rather than the cheapest possible one-off job. We work across many sectors and company sizes, from specialist clinics and manufacturers to real-estate, education and professional-services firms. Chasing the lowest quote in the market? We’re honestly not your partner — and the consultation makes that clear early, both ways.

What happens on the free consultation? A co-founder spends 20–30 minutes understanding your business and pinpointing where growth, customer acquisition or operations are actually blocked. It’s a working diagnosis, not a sales pitch. When there’s a genuine fit, we move to an in-person meeting or Google Meet and send a proposal. When there isn’t, we say so plainly — you leave with clarity either way.

Who will I actually be working with? The people who scope your work are the people who build it. You talk to a co-founder, not an account-manager queue, and your first call is led by a founder. Digiator is a small senior team, deliberately — our founding team brings hands-on experience running large-scale performance-marketing and technology programmes, and that experience shows up in the work rather than in a sales deck.

Services and scope

Do I have to buy every service? No. You never have to take the whole menu. Most clients start with the single blockage that’s costing them the most — leads, a broken website, a manual back-office process — and we bring in other capabilities only where they genuinely move that outcome. You can start with one service and expand later, or never expand at all. Nothing is bundled in to inflate the bill.

Which industries and locations do you work with? We’re based in Indore and work with clients across India, plus selected international engagements. We’ve delivered across healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, construction and design, wellness, education, professional services and more — you can see anonymised examples and the industries we focus on. Being in Indore doesn’t limit where we work; most delivery and communication happen remotely, with in-person meetings where they add value.

Pricing and payment

How much will a project cost — and why isn’t there a price list? Because a fair price depends on what you actually need. A menu would overcharge simple work and under-quote a complex build. So we scope every project to the problem, the work involved and the outcome you want. You get a clear written proposal with a fixed cost before anything starts. As a guide, we’re built for businesses serious about a lasting result, not the ₹5,000-website market. You’ll never be surprised by a number after you’ve said yes.

How does payment work? Most projects begin with an advance to reserve the work. The balance follows across agreed milestones, and ongoing monthly services are billed in advance. We accept UPI and bank transfer. Payment terms, milestones and what’s included are all written into your proposal — no hidden charges, and no work starts without a scope both sides have agreed.

Is the advertising budget included in your fee? No — and this matters. Your media budget (what Google or Meta charge to actually show your ads) is separate from what you pay us to plan and run them, and it stays in your own ad accounts. That way you always see exactly what was spent on media versus what you paid Digiator, with nothing marked up in between.

Ownership and access

Will I own my website, accounts and data? Yes — this is a core principle, not a favour. Your website is built on your domain and your hosting. Your ad accounts, analytics, logins, source code and data are in your name from day one. On completion and full payment, everything hands over cleanly, with no lock-in and nothing held hostage. Build once, own forever — leave whenever you choose and the whole asset we built goes with you. Selected clients have chosen to stay with us for more than two years; that’s their decision, not a contract trap.

Timelines and revisions

How long will it take? It depends on scope. A typical business website ships in three to four weeks; a marketing programme starts producing data inside its first weeks; a larger custom software build runs longer and is planned in stages. Your proposal names a firm date before you commit — we’d rather commit to a date we’ll hit than an optimistic one we’ll miss.

How do revisions and changes work? Every proposal includes a set number of revision rounds so we get the work right together. Beyond that, changes are handled as clearly scoped, signed-off change requests, and genuinely new work is quoted separately. The project never quietly balloons in cost, and you always know what you’re approving before it’s built.

Do you offer support after launch? Yes. We fix genuine issues for a support period specified in your proposal, and offer optional care and maintenance plans to keep your site, ads or system running smoothly — month to month, your call. Many clients keep us on for ongoing work, but that choice is always yours.

Marketing and measurement

How will I know the marketing is actually working? Because we wire it to measure. Campaigns run on clean tracking, with leads flowing to WhatsApp or your CRM for fast follow-up, and we report on the numbers that matter — cost per lead, enquiries, appointments, customers — not vanity likes. In one multi-city healthcare programme, for example, we tracked every city down to a blended cost-per-lead of about ₹61 and cost-per-patient, so the client could see exactly which locations earned more budget. You get the honest metric, including what isn’t working yet.

Custom software and AI

Can you build custom software or AI tools for my business? Yes — it’s one of our seven capabilities. We’ve built and deployed a live, role-based production-incentive platform for a cable manufacturer — six modules and a five-level approval workflow — replacing fragile manual spreadsheets. We also build AI assistants and internal knowledge bases. Custom systems are built around your workflow and kept human-in-the-loop, so a person stays accountable for what the system does.

Is your work just AI output? No. We use AI to work faster — for drafting, research and production — but a person owns and checks everything that reaches you; nothing goes out as raw machine output. And to be clear: we use AI only to reply to you, never to process the enquiry details you send us.

Privacy and confidentiality

Is my business information kept confidential? Yes. We treat your business information as confidential and are happy to sign an NDA before you share anything sensitive. We never publish your name, logo or results as a case study without your written permission — every public example is anonymised by industry and situation. Enquiry details you send us are used only to respond to you and are retained for a limited period, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
