Exporters & International Trade
Win overseas buyers’ trust before the first email
For MSME exporters and manufacturers entering new markets. A foreign buyer decides on what they can see — how you show up, how credible you look, how fast you reply. We build the whole chain, so the orders you’ve already earned stop slipping to the supplier next door.
A 20–30 minute call with a Digiator co-founder. We usually respond within one hour.
The buyer decides in under a minute — and you’re not in the room
A buyer in Hamburg has your quotation open in one tab and two other suppliers in the next two. She has never met you. Within a minute she’ll decide whether you look like a company that ships on time and clears customs cleanly — or a risk she can’t defend to her boss. That call is made on your website, your certifications and how fast you reply. Rarely on your factory floor, which is often the best thing about you.
Meanwhile the world’s move away from single-source supply chains is sending real, documented demand toward Indian suppliers. The order is out there. Get this right and the same buyers come back — reorders, referrals into their network, containers leaving on schedule instead of enquiries dying in an inbox.
Your buyer never sees your factory — so they buy the signals
A buyer 6,000 km away can’t walk your floor or shake your hand. So they read the signals instead: how you turn up in search, how your website reads, how quickly you answer, how cleanly your paperwork holds up. Each signal is scored as safe or risky, and a serious order has to clear all of them.
Most exporters have one or two links strong and the rest half-built — an invisible presence, a site that looks unsure, a reply two days late, a document gap found months on. The order slips through whichever link is weakest. Digiator builds the whole chain, not just the piece you’re missing, so an enquiry travels from first search to signed order without dropping.
Position for the market — not just the product
Who exactly buys what you make? Which markets, which buyer type, which certification they insist on — and why you’re the safer choice than the supplier one town over? We settle these questions before any design or ad spend. Good positioning turns a flat “we export” into a sharp reason a foreign buyer understands in a single read.
A website that reads as export-ready
Your website is the first customs check a buyer runs on you. It has to carry the trust signals they look for before they reply: registration and IEC status, certifications and test standards, real capacity and factory. It should also be ready for the video call serious buyers now expect before they commit. We build these sites in clear English, on your own domain and logins — WordPress, custom PHP or React, and yours from day one.
Get found beyond the marketplace
IndiaMART, Alibaba and TradeWheel are real channels — but a directory rents you the pipeline and drops you into a price line beside ten near-identical suppliers. Discovery you own works differently: search visibility for exactly what you supply, a credible LinkedIn and outreach presence, and campaigns that reach buyers directly. Keep the marketplaces as one channel. Don’t build the business on rented ground.
The deal is lost in the gap after the quote
A buyer emails at 2am your time. The reply goes out two days later. By then she has chosen the supplier who answered that morning. Fast, dependable follow-up is the cheapest order you’ll ever win. Your enquiries land in one simple system you own — every RFQ captured, routed and answered, with reminders that respect the time zone and never wait on someone remembering. No enquiry dies unanswered.
An export documentation and knowledge co-pilot — in honest terms
Paperwork is where confidence breaks. Incoterms, HS codes, the full document set, and remission schemes like RoDTEP, Advance Authorisation or EPCG sit scattered across DGFT, customs and GST portals. Many exporters find a gap only when a claim fails, months later.
We are building an internal export-readiness co-pilot — a knowledge assistant that answers procedure and documentation questions in plain English and points to the official source, so your team stops hunting across portals. Being straight with you: it is in active development, not a finished product. A person reviews every answer. It never promises scheme eligibility, and never replaces your CA, CHA or legal advisor. It organises the information — your professionals sign off.
See what’s actually working
Enquiries arrive from search, LinkedIn, a portal and referrals all at once, and most exporters can’t say which effort earned real business. Clean tracking and reporting fixes that: you see enquiry sources, response times and which markets respond — and put the next rupee where the last order came from.
Where our proof stands — plainly
Digiator is expanding into export and international trade, and we’ll be direct about the evidence: we don’t yet publish a paying EXIM client result. What we bring is capability that maps straight onto your problem. In manufacturing, we built and deployed a live production-incentive platform for a Satna-based cable and conductor manufacturer — six modules and a five-level approval workflow, confirmed live by the client. That is exactly the kind of internal document-and-approval system an export operation runs on. Add years of B2B manufacturing and website work across WordPress, PHP and React, and founder-led delivery where you talk to the people who build.
“Do you actually understand my trade?”
Fair question — and we won’t pretend to know your HS code better than you do. On the first call we learn your product, your target markets and where orders currently stall, then show you which link to build first. Everything we create is yours: the website, the accounts, the code, the data. Build once, own forever, with no lock-in.
Bring us your export bottleneck
Tell us where growth stalls — credibility, buyer discovery, RFQ follow-up or documentation — and we’ll show you the shortest path to fixing it.

Frequently asked questions
Do you only work with exporters in Indore? No. We’re based in Indore and work pan-India, and we take on selected international engagements. The consultation is by call or Google Meet, so location isn’t a barrier.
Will I own the website, accounts and data? Yes. Everything we build ships on your domain, your logins and your accounts, and is handed over to you — subject to contract and full payment. No lock-in.
Can you do just the website, or just the follow-up system? Yes. We start wherever the leak is biggest for you and expand only when the next piece earns its place. You’re not forced into a bundle.
Is the export co-pilot available today? It’s in active development, not a finished product, and a person reviews every answer. We can still help you organise your documentation and follow-up workflows now — the co-pilot is an add-on we’re maturing carefully, never a replacement for your CA, CHA or legal advisor.
