See Where Your Leads Leak
You paid for the lead. Then it disappeared into a WhatsApp chat, a spreadsheet and someone’s memory — and now you can’t tell which rupee actually converted. We build the clean tracking, the one lead system, the dashboards your team will actually open and the follow-up that runs on its own — so you finally know which rupee converts before you spend the next one. On your accounts. Yours to keep.
Founder-led build. You own the accounts, the data and the code. We usually respond within one hour.
When data stops at the lead form, you stop seeing the leak
Most businesses can tell you what they spent. Very few can tell you what it became.
The enquiry lands. The front desk means to call back. The follow-up slips a day. The buyer books with whoever replied first. Weeks later you’re staring at an ad report full of “leads” and a sales figure that won’t reconcile with it — because nobody wrote down what happened in between.
That gap is where the money goes. Not in the ad budget. In the silence between a lead arriving and a person acting, and in the reports that are too messy to trust or too busy to read. You can’t fix a leak you can’t see.
First, we make the numbers true
Prettier charts on top of broken data just help you make confident wrong decisions. So we start underneath.
We set up conversion tracking that actually fires — GA4, Google Tag Manager, and the Google and Meta signals — so an enquiry, a call and a WhatsApp click all get counted once, in one place. We fix the lead-source labelling so “where did this come from?” has a real answer instead of a shrug. When the base data is clean, everything you build on top of it starts to be worth trusting.
One lead system — and it follows up where people actually reply
Every enquiry lands in one pipeline you control: source, status, owner, next action. No lead sits in a personal phone. No “I thought you were calling them.”
Then it follows up automatically on the channel your customers actually answer — WhatsApp — with the right message at the right moment, so a hot enquiry gets a reply in minutes instead of the day-after slot when it’s already cold. Your team still handles the real conversations. The system just makes sure none go quiet by accident.
It’s built on your accounts and logins. Not rented from us — handed to you.
Dashboards your team will actually open
A dashboard that shows everything gets read by nobody. So we don’t build those.
We build role-based views that show each person the one thing they’re accountable for:
- A sales lead sees this week’s pipeline and the follow-ups due.
- An owner sees cost-per-enquiry, cost-per-customer and where the funnel drops.
- A department head sees only their own numbers.
Alerts are pushed to where people already work, so the answer finds them instead of waiting behind a login they’ll never visit.
Automate the repetitive work — not the judgement
The goal isn’t to replace your people. It’s to stop them re-keying the same numbers into three systems and chasing sign-offs by email.
We automate the parts that are pure repetition: routing a lead to the right owner, sending the report that used to be a Monday-morning copy-paste job, moving an approval through the people who need to see it. We also run this internally to keep our own reporting and lead-routing hands-off — so the workflows we hand you are ones we actually rely on ourselves.
One rule we learned the hard way: match on the phone number, not the name
Early in a client campaign, leads were being matched to sales records by first name. So two “Rahul”s merged, good leads looked like dead ends, and the whole funnel reported a lie. Fixing the match key to the one thing that’s actually unique — the phone number — turned a broken report into a true one overnight.
That’s the difference between a tool and a system. We build attribution to survive the messy reality of real leads. It’s the first thing we teach in our free Performance Tracking Checklist.
What this looks like in the field
Manufacturing — from Excel to a live, role-based platform. For a Satna-based cable & conductor manufacturer, we replaced manual, Excel-based incentive calculation with a role-based platform: six entry-and-calculation sections, a five-level approval workflow, dashboards limited to each head’s own machines and departments, and reports auto-emailed to HODs. It’s live and in active use across the plants — and by our estimate returned roughly 876 person-days of repetitive data-entry effort a year back to the floor (a conservative estimate of capacity freed, not a cash saving). Healthcare — tracking the whole funnel, city by city. For a multi-city vitiligo & diabetic-foot clinic network, we tracked spend → leads → appointments → patients across five cities, at a blended cost-per-lead of about ₹61. In the best-performing city, roughly one in four enquiries became a booked appointment. Some of that tracking was still done by hand — which is exactly why we now wire it into the system, so nobody re-keys it and nobody’s guessing. More in Healthcare and Performance Marketing.
Construction — hundreds of enquiries, honestly attributed. For a construction-planning & design firm in a Tier-2 city, plot-size-segmented lead forms brought in hundreds of plot-owner enquiries at around ₹60 each — and the attribution fix above is what turned those numbers into decisions the owner could act on.
Selected client relationships have continued for more than two years — because the system keeps earning its place.
How we build it
- Map the leaks. A 20–30 minute call with a co-founder to see how enquiries arrive, where they go, and what you can and can’t currently see.
- Fix the measurement. Clean tracking and honest lead sources first, so every later number can be trusted.
- Build the system on your accounts. Lead pipeline, WhatsApp follow-up, role-based dashboards and the workflow automation that fits how you already run — under your logins.
- Make it stick. We train the people who use it, put alerts where they already work, and refine after real usage. A system nobody adopts isn’t finished.
Before you ask
“Is this just another dashboard nobody opens?” That’s the failure we design against. Role-based views, alerts pushed to where people work, and hands-on training are the point — not an afterthought.
“We already use spreadsheets / a CRM.” Good. We fix the plumbing around what you already have before suggesting you replace anything. No rip-and-replace for its own sake.
“Do we own it, or are we locked in?” You own it. Accounts, data, code and logins are yours, handed over on full payment. No hostage situation.
“How much does it cost?” It’s scoped to the problem, not sold off a menu. The consultation is where we see the leak and tell you honestly what fixing it takes.
“Will it work with WhatsApp and our existing ads?” Yes — WhatsApp follow-up and Google/Meta tracking are the baseline, not an add-on.
Tell us where your data breaks down
Bring us the messy part — the leads you can’t trace, the report you don’t trust, the follow-up that keeps slipping. In 20–30 minutes we’ll show you where it’s leaking and what it takes to close it. No pressure, no obligation.
